Where can I find my points?
Sign in to your account at shopeverada.com, then tap the pink Club EVER button. You’ll be able to see your current points, available rewards and ways to earn.
How do I turn my points into EverCash?
Sign in to your account, tap the pink Club EVER button and choose Ways to Redeem. Select the reward you want to turn your points into, and your EverCash will be ready to use.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Club EVER points expire after 12 months, so be sure to use them and keep enjoying your rewards.
How long do I have to use EverCash?
Your points and your EverCash are two different things. Once you turn points into an EverCash reward, that reward has its own expiration date. You’ll be able to see the expiration information with your available reward in your Club EVER account.
Can I use EverCash with other discounts?
Club EVER rewards do not stack with other discounts or promotions. For example, EverCash cannot be applied to an item that is already 60% off.
Can I give my points to someone else?
Club EVER points are non-transferable and can only be used by the customer whose account earned them.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
If an item is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Club EVER account.
How does the birthday reward work?
Add your birthday to your Club EVER account at least 30 days in advance and we’ll add 200 birthday points — a $10 value — to your account when it’s time to celebrate.
How do referrals work?
Share your personal referral link with a friend. They’ll receive $10 off a purchase of $50 or more, and you’ll receive $10 when they complete their qualifying purchase.
